    This information is essential for booking your trip.     If you book more than 30 days before departure, 50% will be charged at time of booking, the remaining balance 30 days before departure. Otherwise, the entire tour cost is debited at the time of final confirmation of your booking.

  17. What will I receive from you after my reservation?

    After your order, we send you an email confirmation of your order which includes a summary of your stay, the participant information and details of your regulations. These documents are to be printed for your departure.

  18. Will I receive an invoice?
